6-17 Months Old

The Baby Sleep Plan is perfect for babies from 6 to 17 months old. You will gain clarity around your baby’s sleep issues and feel confident that you know exactly how to create a successful bedtime routine.

Toddler Sleep Plan

18 Months-3 Years

The Toddler Sleep Plan is ideal for children from 18 months to 3 years old. Toddlers have very unique sleep challenges and this sleep plan will be specifically tailored to help you meet the unique issues you are facing with confidence and consistency.
