Who I Work With

I work with busy mums who love being a parent but they just wish they could find a way to help their little one sleep better. They wake up every morning feeling exhausted, overwhelmed and frustrated from a lack of sleep and a bedtime routine that feels draining/never ending. In fact by the time their little one is asleep it’s their own bedtime and once again they’ve had very little time to enjoy the evening to themselves.

I will take a gentle approach in helping your baby or toddler develop their own independent sleep skills. I will provide a variety of options that suit your parenting style as well as a fully customised sleep plan with support & ongoing advice. Consultations can be in the comfort of your own home or virtually, so we can work together wherever you are!

I’ll give you honest information about WHY sleep is so important for your child’s well-being & this will give you all the motivation you need to make changes to your child’s sleep habits. I’ll lay out an easy-to-follow, step-by-step plan that lets you make some choices about what is the right approach for your child.

All children are different, and nobody knows your child better than you do, so I will encourage you to use your knowledge of your child to customise his or her sleep plan. I’ll show you how to measure success & what you should expect along the way as well as advice for when we say goodbye, so you can carry on seeing fantastic results.

The Essential Sleep Plan is suitable for all ages. You’ll learn exactly the things you need to do to create a successful bedtime routine for your baby so you can stop feeling so overwhelmed and exhausted and you can start to enjoy and plan for your evenings again.

Silver Star Sleep Plan

3 Months Old +

The Silver Star Sleep Plan is perfect for babies from 3 months old and up. You will gain a lot of clarity around your baby’s sleep issues and you will feel confident that you can meet them with grace.

  • A Sleep Evaluation and bespoke Sleep Plan tailored to you and your baby’s unique needs. 
  • A 90-minute Sleep Plan session, where we will discuss your baby’s new bedtime routine.
  • Four follow-up support calls to help you feel confident in your new routine.
  • Two weeks of email support for any help or guidance you need.
  • Two weeks of unlimited text support so you can text me any time while we are working together.
  • A live digital sleep log.

Gold Star Sleep Plan

18 Months Old +

The Gold Star Sleep Plan is ideal for toddlers from 18 months old and up. Toddlers have very unique sleep challenges & this sleep plan will be specifically tailored to help you meet the unique sleep issues that are showing up for your little one.

  • A Sleep Evaluation and bespoke Sleep Plan tailored to you and your toddler’s specific sleep challenges.
  • A 90-minute Sleep Plan session, where we will discuss your toddler’s new bedtime routine.
