What's Included

Sleep Evaluation

First, you’ll complete a sleep evaluation questionnaire. It’s important that you share as much detail as possible about your child's current sleep routine - without fear of judgement!. I’ve been exactly where you are, and I understand the basis of every imaginable bad habit. The process of completing this questionnaire will give you a fresh perspective on the struggle you have been coping with and the balance a new structure will bring to your family.

Sleep Plan Session

A 90-minute session in which we’ll discuss your toddler’s new bedtime routine and the personal adjustments needed to help your child become a better sleeper. You’ll leave the session completely clear of the next steps and confident about putting your sleep plan in place.

Personalised Sleep Plan

You’ll then receive a bespoke Sleep Plan tailored to your child’s unique needs, with clear guidance on the sleep goals you are working towards. You will also receive access to a live digital sleep log, which is an essential tool at this stage. By recording your child’s sleep habits, we can identify any additional support you may need on your follow-up call.

Follow Up Calls

You’ll have my continued guidance throughout this time with up to six 15-minute support calls. The first call will take place on the day after your first night, so we can discuss how things went on night one. The second call will be on day five of your sleep plan, so I can answer any questions, discuss your sleep log and advise you on your next steps. The four further calls can be used as and when you need them depending on your unique family situation.

Email & Text Support

I’ll also be at hand on email and text for the following 3-4 weeks with as much or as little support as you require. I offer unlimited text support during this period and set aside time throughout my day to respond to your questions and concerns. Once you have reached your sleep goals and our time together comes to an end, you’ll receive my wrap-up email with details of how to handle future sleep challenges such as travel and illness.
